Hi, I’m a Real Estate Lending Operations Manager, proud mom, Proud Boston native, and unofficial champion of multitasking with coffee in hand. With over a decade in lending operations, I’ve mastered the art of turning chaos into clarity and spreadsheets into strategy (with a splash of color, of course).
I’m all about empowering people—whether it’s building powerhouse teams, smoothing out processes, or helping members navigate the financial maze with confidence and care. I lead with heart, hustle, and a healthy dose of humor, because let’s face it: life’s too short for boring meetings and beige workflows.

While I hold an Associate’s Degree, my real education has come from over 20 years in the mortgage industry—starting from data entry and working my way up to management. I’ve spent the last 8+ years leading teams, optimizing operations, and navigating the ever-evolving world of real estate lending with hands-on expertise and a whole lot of grit.
I may not have a traditional four-year degree, but I bring a depth of knowledge, leadership, and real-world problem-solving that only two decades in the trenches can teach. My journey is proof that experience, drive, and a passion for growth can take you just as far—if not farther.
